Straight answers on price, paper and schedule.
Open-book pricing option
We charge a fixed builder’s fee, agreed in writing before we start. It doesn’t go up if material prices do. Every other cost is passed through to you at our cost, with receipts. For our founding clients, our fee is set well below the typical 10–20% charged by most builders.
Written contracts
Scope, price, schedule and payment milestones in writing before work starts. Changes are priced and signed first.
WCB covered & fully insured
Our crew and your property are covered on every job, and every build is backed by our 1-year builder’s warranty.
We build through winter
Heat and hoarding through our sister company, North Vector Rentals, so an October start doesn’t mean waiting for spring.

Oilfield experience and a surveyor’s eye.
Drake Hallgren brings years of oilfield experience to the table, from major installation projects to managing trades. Jordan Schultz is an experienced land surveyor. With heat and hoarding from our sister company, North Vector Rentals, the layout, the trades and the winter are covered from the start.
