Whether it’s a place to park the trucks, store equipment, run a business or finally have a warm bay for weekend projects, we build shops for how you’ll use them, on acreages and custom home sites across the region.

- Concrete slabs, with in-floor heat or overhead heating options
- Overhead doors sized for trucks, trailers, RVs or equipment
- Insulation and vapour barrier for year-round use

02 Custom Homes Taking inquiries
Custom homes on acreages and lots
We’re growing into custom homes and single-family development. If you’re planning a home in the region, talk to us early. A conversation about the site, the budget and your timing before anything is drawn leads to a better build and fewer surprises.
- Site planning with a land surveyor on the team
- The same written contract, milestone payments and open-book option as our shops
- A shop or garage can be planned alongside the house
03 Winter Construction Year-round
We don’t stop in October
Alberta’s building season is short. Our sister company, North Vector Rentals, supplies diesel heaters and tarps, so we have the heat and hoarding on hand to keep working through the cold months.
- Tarped enclosures around foundations, slabs and framing
- Diesel heat to protect concrete and keep crews productive
- Frost protection planned for each site
- Winter heating and hoarding shown as its own line in your quote
